Ecelerity to Support Inbound CertifiedEmail Validation as well as Outbound Imprinting

The CertifiedEmail system provides a trusted means of email communications between senders and consumers through the inclusion of a unique cryptographically-secure token in all CertifiedEmail messages.

Ecelerity support for the outbound imprinting of CertifiedEmail messages, announced in February by OmniTI, is now in beta testing and will be available next month. CertifiedEmail messages are presented to recipients with a unique trust icon, providing a level of security against phishing and email-based fraud since consumers can be assured of the authenticity of CertifiedEmails.

CertifiedEmail from Goodmail is supported by major mailbox providers AOL and Yahoo! By using CertifiedEmail, accredited volume senders are able to achieve substantial improvements in deliverability and overall email effectiveness, since messages are handled as trusted email. Many service providers today routinely disable links and images, since these can present security risks to consumers.
