Peter is a seasoned media and marketing executive with experience in both startups and multi-billion dollar public companies. He has had three successful exits as a CEO  (DevX, About.com, and AllBusiness) and one as an independent director (Pluck) since 2003.  Peter joined Goodmail in May of 2008 from IAC, where he oversaw that company’s media properties and ad sales operations. In this role, he oversaw IAC Advertising Solutions as well as Ask.com, Citysearch, Evite, Pronto, and IAC Mobile.

Peter led the re-launch of AllBusiness.com as a fast-growing web media and e-commerce business.  Under his leadership, AllBusiness.com led the development of a completely new publishing platform for small businesses, while continuing to achieve accelerated site performance. AllBusiness was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet in the fall of 2007.

Prior to that, Peter  was CEO of About.com where he pioneered the company’s turnaround, turning it into the fastest growing large site on the web.  He also led the sale of  About.com to the New York Times Company for $410 million in 2005. Prior to About.com, he served as President and  Chief Executive Officer of DevX.com, Inc., an Internet media company serving software developers  that was later acquired by JupiterMedia Corporation.  Mr. Horan spent 10 years at International Data Group, a leading global technology media company, where he spearheaded relationships with top advertisers on a worldwide basis, and also served as Senior Vice  President and  Publisher of Computerworld. Prior to that  Mr. Horan spent more than 15 years in senior account management roles at leading advertising agencies, including BBDO and Ogilvy & Mather.

Peter is currently on the Board of Directors of the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau).

He has a BA in English from Santa Clara University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Daniel has over 20 years of experience in international marketing, sales and development of technology products. With a strong engineering background and extensive expertise in data compression, scalable processing and cryptography, Daniel has successfully launched many innovative products. He was formerly Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for ground-breaking VoIP telecom equipment manufacturers Arelnet (TASE:ARNT) and Comgates where he lead teams that launched scalable VoIP gateway and Softswitch products. As Vice President at RDT, a leading Israeli high-tech distributor acquired by US distribution giant Avnet (NYSE:AVT), Daniel led a major e-commerce initiative and managed a large team of field engineers. As Vice President, OEM Solutions for Parsytec (Frankfurt:PAQ.F), Daniel launched massive parallel real time processing products and created new lucrative markets for the company. As a founder of Faxcom, Daniel designed, coded and launched a store-and-forward fax service based on strong data compression. As a young officer in the Israeli Air Force, Daniel successfully managed a very large scale computer networking project. Daniel is a senior member of IEEE, holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degree, both from Tel Aviv University, and is a Lt. Colonel (Res.) with the Israel Defense Forces.

John's experience includes over 20 years in the technology industry, working for well known Silicon Valley companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Silicon Graphics, and @Home (and later Excite@Home), at stages ranging from pre-revenue start-up to large multi-national. He has held a variety of positions in the controllership, planning, and IT functions where he has been widely recognized for driving labor-saving innovations. At SGI he was honored by fellow employees with the "Spirit of SGI" award, and was recognized for consistently driving efficiencies across the organization. As Senior Director of Finance at Excite@Home his responsibilities spanned three operating divisions in the commercial sector plus the company's engineering and operations groups. John has also been a key player in very successful system implementations of Oracle and Lawson. Prior to joining the company in November of 2003, he was Controller for a small start-up developing interactive television applications for hospitals. John holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Mary is a senior client strategist with over 20 years of progressively responsible management experience leading client services, account expansion, marketing and new business acquisition in successful technology organizations. Mary was most recently RVP of Sales for FAST Search, a Microsoft subsidiary. Prior to FAST, Mary ran Global Sales, Marketing & Services for Bluestreak. Mary also led North American Sales and Account Management for the Marketer Division of DoubleClick. Prior to DoubleClick, she held several positions culminating in the role of SVP of Managed Services Sales at Level 3. She holds a BA English from Long Island University and earned her MBA from Simmons College in Boston.

Jos has over 20 years experience in building software and telecom companies and divisions in the European market. He started his career selling AutoCad and training AutoCad users. He took the MD role in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium at 3Communications, a leading provider of credit card payphones and terminals in Europe. Thereafter he co-founded InTouch Telecom in Belgium, acquired by GTS. Jos was instrumental in bringing @Home to Europe, cementing the partnership between @Home and Palet Kabelcom and CasTel, two of the leading cable companies in The Netherlands. As CEO of Palet Kabelcom Jos helped engineering the merge with CasTel into Essent Kabelcom, that quickly evolved into one of the largest cable operators and ISP's in Europe. He then joined Alta Berkeley in London as a venture partner, where he took the position as Chairman of Castify Networks, successful provider of Enterprise Acceleration Software to Fortune 500 companies. He is a graduate of the Free University Amsterdam.

For the past 18 years, Stephan worked on emerging Internet and software technologies at early stage Silicon Valley startups as well as public companies. Before Goodmail, Stephan co-founded Techhand, developer of a massively multiplayer online game, where he designed and implemented the 3D game engine, artificial intelligence, and networking layer. Prior to Techhand, Stephan spent 5 years with Siebel Systems where he managed engineering on a constraint based AI system designed to help sales produce valid and consistent quotes for complex solution sets. He was the first employee at enterprise software startup Nightingale Corp., developing a CRM system for the health care industry. Stephan started his career as a software engineer with Parsytec where he wrote real-time system software for massively parallel computers. Stephan joined Goodmail in 2003. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Fachhochschule Aachen, Germany.

Gal has over 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and business development in Fortune 100 and start-up companies. Prior to Goodmail, Gal served as senior director of product management for Convenos, a startup company in the collaboration and Digital Signage space. Prior to Convenos, Gal was the director of marketing for Transitive Corporation (acquired by IBM) working on breakthrough technology in the Virtualization space. Prior to Transitive, Gal served in several different organizational and product management roles within Intel and National Semiconductor that included engineering management, strategic planning and software product management for CPU and embedded processor architectures. Gal holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BSCE degree from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Pam Haas has more than 20 years of experience working with leading brands to optimize their email, database and direct marketing efforts. Pam came to Goodmail from Alliant Cooperative Data Solutions, where she served as vice president, sales and business development. Prior to her time at Alliant, Pam held sales management roles at Equifax Marketing Services (EMS), which provides database marketing services to leading marketers in the U.S., and Bigfoot Interactive (now part of Epsilon), one of the world’s largest email services providers (ESPs). Pam graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

Mike Rogers has 25 years of business experience in a wide range of technology companies, including senior management positions. He has been a global leader in business development, consulting, marketing and sales, bringing a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and profitability. Before joining Goodmail, Mr. Rogers was vice president of sales for AllBusiness.com, acquired by D&B. Prior to D&B, Rogers held senior management positions with Sourceforge, Syndicate IQ, Reed Business Information, Knight Ridder Corporation, IDG and Lowe Lintas Partners. He holds a bachelors degree in Business from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces and an MBA in Marketing – Consumer Behavior from the University of Denver, Colorado.

Clement Sciammas has 18 years of IT/Operations managerial experience gained while building teams ranging in size from 5-50 people while at a number of startups. Most recently Clement was the VP of Operations and Support for Audible Magic, an ASP providing audio identification tools that aided in the prevention of copyright infringement. Previous to that, as VP of Operations and Product Management for Citadon, he was responsible for deploying multiple data centers and creating processes allowing achievement of a 99.996 uptime percentage. Clement holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Westmont College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School.

Charles Stiles has over 18 years experience in the use of technology in business environments. He was the former Postmaster for America Online. During his ten years at AOL he has focused his efforts on improving the customer experience through a better use of technology in Member Services, the AOL Network Operation Center and as Postmaster for one of the largest email systems in the world. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Messaging Anti-Abuse Work Group. Charles speaks frequently with industry analysts and at industry events, working closely with others to help generate a better understanding of the email environment and potential solutions for a better consumer experience. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Strayer University graduating Magna Cum Laude.
